SMRC was selected as the Roofing Consultant to Claflen Architects for leak investigation services followed by roof replacement design and contract administration services. The photographs highlight the Art-Deco elements of the buildings architectural form which was previously a Philadelphia Public School, originally erected in the late 1920's.
