SMRC has been the Roofing Consultant to the Architect fort the "Exterior Envelope Restoration Project" at Philadelphia city Hall. SMRC received the following awards for their work on this project: "2009 Grand Jury Award" from the Preservation Alliance for greater Philadelphia and "2009 Public & Institutional Construction Award" from Preservation Pennsylvania in partnership with Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
